Ghost Tour

The Charleston Terrors ghost tour explores one of the oldest and most haunted cities in America. Tour times may vary, click on ‘book now’ for all available times. You’ll discover both the paranormal and historical sides of each of the carefully selected tour locations. There are many “ghost stories” surrounding Charleston, but what you’ll hear is researched, up-to-date, and authentic histories form some of the spookiest places around.

Group size varies based on time of year and demand. We can keep everyone in your party in the same group. We've been doing this for years, and manage group size to ensure guests have a great experience. In the event you can't hear your tour guide, let them know, or move closer to them.

The Mills House Hotel

The Great Fire of 1861 decimated much of Charleston. It nearly reached the Mills House Hotel, a still-operational hotel, but was stopped short from devouring it by the efforts of soldiers and hotel staff. Unfortunately, many nearby residents were burned by the fire, and the hotel was used as a makeshift burn ward. Several residents perished in the hotel from their burns. Though the victims passed, they have never truly left this hotel…
